bigbardafree:

today i was talking comics with a kid in my class and i described my feelings about wonder woman and superman kissing by saying “it’d be like if superman and supergirl kissed” and he looked so taken aback and disgusted and was like “oh gross” and i was like “yes my feelings exactly”

Ok I’m going to ramble off some Wondy feels for a moment, bare with me.
Ok so for me, this is what a Wonder Woman movie poster should look like.  Not that other fanmade one with Megan Fox, and not those awful promo pictures from that even more awful TV show. But this. Here Diana looks every bit the warrior princess she is. She’s dirty, she’s staring you right in the eyes, showcasing that fierce unyielding nature that Diana has, she’s got some muscle definition in her arms, she looks like a warrior.
The fanmade poster with Megan Fox always bothered me a great deal. Megan Fox isn’t Wonder Woman, she doesn’t have the right look for her. I feel people only picked her or fan-cast her because she’s sexy. And Megan is very sexy, I actually even like her as an actress, but she’s not right for Wonder Woman.  While Diana can be sexy, and beautiful, she’s also an Amazonian warrior.  She’s got muscle that would come from training day in and day out the warrior life.  So yea, I want to see some muscle on those arms that comes from training with swords and having super strength.  I want to see some gritting of the teeth, some dirt on her face, that fierceness in her eyes.  I want to see her caring, loving, and motherly side.
